He earned his master's degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University and built a distinguished career marked by expertise, integrity, and dedication to serving clients and colleagues.

Jim sadly passed away unexpectedly on March 23, 2026. Those who knew him remember not only his professional achievements, but also the faith, character, and compassion that guided his life. He was a trusted advisor, devoted husband and father, and a man whose kindness, generosity, and commitment to others left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Jim's legacy lives on through the many lives he touched, the relationships he built, and the example he set both personally and professionally. He remains an important part of our company's history and will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
